1. Can I use Energy products when treated with antibiotics?
   Yes, you can. There are no negative interactions between them. When using Vironal you can even reach synergic effect against aggressive viruses and inhibit negative influences of antibiotics. 

2. My son/daughter is only 2 year old; can he/she use these products?
   Energy products and food supplements in general are recommended for children older than 3 years of age. If you are interested in a natural therapy for younger children, please consult your therapist and/or physician.
   

3. Do your products have any side effectsflIf yes, what are they?
   Our products are of pure natural origin; therefore the side effects are very rare (mostly when a person using the products is allergic to some of the natural components). In such cases we recommend to minimize taken dose and consult either members of our Board of experts, or your therapist and/or physician.
   

4. How should I use the concentrates in acute cases?
   In acute conditions start with low doses (only 1 – 3 drops a day), then gradually increase them.
   

5. How should I use them in chronic conditions?
   In chronic conditions and when giving the products to children, start with diluted doses from just a few drops and gradually increase them up to recommended dose.
   

6. Why do I have to shake the bottle 21 timesflWhat happens if I make a mistake?
   Proper shaking is very important for the activation of all components and their proper mixing. Do not worry about not keeping the exact count of shakes – nothing happens.
   

7. Can I use your products diluted in water (tea, coffee)?
   Considering the fact that our products contain bio-information, some of them can be diluted in water or a weak tea. Coffee is not suitable at all, as it can lead to the degradation of the effect of the product.
   

8. Can I use more products at once?
   Yes, you can, but not the products of Pentagram. Primarily it depends on your diagnosis.
   

9. What should I do if I use Korolen for longer time, and then I fall with flu for which Vironal is better?
   We recommend to stop using Korolen for 3 days and replace it with Vironal that can be applied in larger doses and more often in acute cases. After three days the worst condition should be under control and then you can go back to Korolen and Vironal take only once a day as a maintaining dose.
   

10. What happens if I exceed recommended dose?
    Products of pentagram are strong concentrates, so there is no reason to take large doses.
    Overdose could lead to the worsening of your condition.
    

11. Can I use these products during pregnancy?
    When pregnant, breast feeding or suffering from serious health problems always consult your physician first and follow his/her recommendations.
    

12. Can I use contraception together with Gynex?
    Yes, you can. However, contraception decreases the effect of our products.
    

13. Can animals take these products?

CAUTION!!! Do not mistake allergic reaction with the so-called reverse reaction.

In rare cases a temporary worsening of the symptoms may appear. This condition is called reverse reaction. This worsening may show itself in a form of skin eruptions or its worsening; some health conditions from the past may reappear. These “curing reactions” are a sign of fast and deep process of regeneration. If these reactions appear too strong, you can decrease their intensity by taking lower doses or extending the intervals between the doses. Only after complete disappearance of these reactions you can gradually go back to recommended dose.

Observation of a proper drinking regimen is very important! A man should drink at least 2 liters of fluids a day, preferably fresh water. When undergoing the process of regeneration, the intake of fluids must be even increased. Insufficient drinking regimen during the process of regeneration can result in the worsening of the condition. Primarily people suffering from low blood pressure should drink much more.

Do not be afraid of the reverse reaction. However if you are not sure whether it is a reverse reaction or the real worsening of your health condition, you should consult your therapist and/or physician.
