In a view of the growing number of questions regarding gluten content in green foods, especially from customers suffering from celiac disease, we had all our green foods analyzed and the results are as follows: gluten content in all three is below 5mg/kg. According to the Commission Regulation No 41/2009 EC the maximum permissible gluten content for naturally gluten-free foods is 20mg/kg; for very low gluten foods from which gluten is removed the maximum permissible gluten content is 100mg/kg. This is the maximum permissible content not causing autoimmune reaction of a human body. All three products can be used by those suffering from celiac disease and also by those who are on a gluten-free diet for some reason.
